Superport-IT is looking for a Sales Executive (Remote) who is organized, polite, and responsive with strong communication etiquette over WhatsApp and Email. This is a perfect opportunity for fresh graduates or junior virtual assistants who are tech-savvy and eager to begin their career in sales, customer communication, and business outreach.
You’ll be responsible for responding to student inquiries, managing leads, organizing sales communication, and maintaining basic Excel/Google Sheets to track progress. We value good manners, a student-friendly tone, and clear, timely responses.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Communicate with potential students and clients via WhatsApp, Email, and occasional calls
- Manage inbound queries and provide clear information about our services and programs
- Maintain and update lead tracking sheets in Google Sheets or Excel
- Follow up on inquiries and nurture leads into active customers
- Share timely updates, reminders, and payment follow-ups with students
- Ensure a polite, helpful, and organized tone across all communication
- Support the sales and marketing team with data entry and reporting
- Assist in managing virtual events, webinars, and student engagement activities
- Maintain records of conversations and outcomes for reporting
Requirements
- Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates are welcome
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in WhatsApp, Email, and online communication etiquette
- Strong written English and professional communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple chats/conversations
- Student-friendly, polite, and responsive nature
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
