Job Description
Superport-IT is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead and expand our business growth efforts. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in IT services sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.
As a BD Manager, you’ll play a critical role in identifying new market opportunities, building partnerships, and driving revenue through consultative selling of Superport-IT’s wide range of services including Web & App Development, Cloud Solutions, DevOps, AI & Data Analytics, and ERP systems.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified leads and close new business
- Build long-term client relationships through consultative and value-based selling
- Understand Superport-IT’s service offerings and tailor proposals for different industries
- Identify growth opportunities in domestic and international markets
- Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations
- Manage and track sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Collaborate with marketing, tech, and leadership teams to align sales strategies
- Attend virtual or physical networking events, industry meetups, and trade shows
- Stay updated on technology trends and market demands
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Eligibility & Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in IT service sales, business development, or B2B SaaS sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of digital transformation services (web, cloud, AI, DevOps, ERP, etc.)
- Experience working with global clients (US, UK, Middle East preferred)
- Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle
- Proficient in tools like CRM (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.), LinkedIn, and MS Office/Google Workspace
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred)
