Superport-IT is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer (React) with strong backend expertise to join our growing development team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications across multiple industries. The ideal candidate is proficient in ReactJS for frontend development and has hands-on experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, or Python/Django.

You will be responsible for leading development efforts, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to architecture discussions for our full-stack projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable, responsive web applications using ReactJS (preferably with TypeScript)
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js, Express.js, or similar frameworks
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code across the full stack
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ship quality products
  • Ensure cross-platform and cross-browser compatibility
  • Maintain and improve application performance, security, and scalability
  • Lead code reviews and provide guidance to junior developers
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Stay updated with the latest tools and frameworks in web development

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development
  • Expertise in ReactJS, Redux/Context, and modern frontend tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.)
  • Solid experience with backend development using Node.js or Python/Django/Flask
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication (OAuth, JWT), and middleware
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design principles
  • Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and basic DevOps knowledge
  • Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
